What we did
Lighter engaged with management to provide a turnkey solution to upgrade their lighting in all spaces within the building to the latest in LED lighting technology. We also increased the accuracy of asset tracking using advanced surveillance equipment that requires quality lighting to achieve optimal efficacy.
Outcome
We greatly increased the average lighting levels throughout the entire building, interior and exterior, and enabled a huge annual saving of $16,190.00 per annum in electricity and maintenance savings. A short return of investment of just 1.57 Years, making the investment highly prosperous for the client. We also removed the lighting maintenance and disruption costs of the business through using high quality, advanced LED lighting.
Ultra efficient lights and utilising the latest wireless technology meant TIL freight had a return of investment of only 1.45 years and an annual net saving of $40,845.00.
