Pre-install
Many of the lights were failing in the factory and the output was poor.
What we did
We spent a significant amount of time working on the design and installation process. Reofab is a busy engineering factory meant working the weekend and using a massive boom lift to reach lights over permanent machinery and many tons of steel.
Outcome
A good little project that significantly increased lighting levels.
Ultra efficient lights and utilising the latest wireless technology meant MOVe Logistics had a return of investment of only 1.45 years and an annual net saving of $40,845.00.
Light levels increased from 580 lux to over 1400 lux while reducing energy costs through smart zoning and daylight harvesting
